Three easy steps to planning your meals

Planning is the number one rule when eating healthy an losing weight.  in my year of experience i came up with a strategy that has helped me and i am pretty sure that it will help you as well to keep in track and lose weight safely.

With this post i am going to show you how I come about to planning my week of delicious foods with out wasting food and in a budget.

Steps:


  1. Start by writing down food ideas that you might want to eat during the week. i usually pick food that basically use the same ingredients or most of the same ingredients so that i do not waste any food.  Remember plan for all meals,  even snacks.
  2. Make a list of all ingredients and compile it as a shopping list.
  3. Prepare your meals.

You can always prepare your meals in advance and just place then in the refrigerator or do it fresh everyday, and be diverse, be creative, experiment with flavors,
Try new things
